Branding, Print & Web, Illustration
Rise is a SaaS that unifies HR, benefits and payroll into a simplified, personalized, all-in-one People Platform.
At Rise, I helped design the new brand identity when we went through a rebrand (formerly Paysavvy). I worked closely in partnership with the Marketing, Product, and Executive Teams to ensure that all of the design solutions were data-driven and aligned with the overall business strategy.
New business cards and brand guide. The brand guide could be accessed on our website, and included things like links to templates on Google Docs with our letterhead design. This made it easy for me to update and ensure that everyone had access to the correct versions of branded assets.
A few slides and an information booklet explaining who we are and what we do.
When the Marketing Team came up with 4 guiding principles that we wanted our work to reflect, I was stoked. Not only did I agree whole-heartedly with these principles, I got to flex my illustration muscles and had a ton of creative freedom to design a set of posters that would hang near our desks as inspiration.
Our CultureKits were designed to be handed out as swag at an HR Conference. I had a blast designing these, and seeing them come to life was a dream. Our goal was to create something that was useful and different - we didn't want it to end up at the bottom of yet another pile of discarded swag. The goal of the CultureKits is to guide companies in defining and establishing their core values, which we believe are critical to the success of a brand; it should permeate through everything they do.
